Hello and welcome, I am Richard Barrett. By day I run a creative digital agency and invest my time in various other ventures. I split my time between my home in the South Essex countryside, and my flat in Southampton. I live with Lucy, my beautiful girlfriend of 3 years.

I have a BSc (Hons) Economics and Finance degree from the University of Southampton. Lucy is currently working towards a MGeol Masters of Geology degree at the world renowned National Oceanography Centre (University of Southampton).

I am very ambitious and like to maintain a 'Quitters never win, winners never quit' outlook on life. Away from business I enjoy driving, relaxing at nice bars and listening to music. I have an unfortunately expensive weakness for technology, particularly if it's made by Apple, Cambridge Audio or Mordaunt Short. I mostly listen to house and trance music, but I like to mix it up a bit sometimes too.

Olio In 2008 I founded Olio, a creative digital agency. Since it's inception until today the business has continued to be successful in it's own right and now serves the role of an umbrella platform under which I manage my interests in various other companies.

Initial interest in the project has been encouraging and we are now working with a project team at DP World, one of the largest marine terminal operators in the world handling over 46 million containers every year and who recently aquired P&O.
